At our recent grants making ceremony, we had the pleasure of welcoming back our recently departed board member Donna Rae Scheffert a management leadership consultant and well known leader in community leadership development holding multiple positions in this sector.
Donna Rae also writes for the Washington Times on communities and creative solutions to common problems.
